Cod & shrimp soup with coconut milk in 4 simple steps


500 g cod fish (fresh or frozen)

150 g shrimps without the shell (fresh or frozen)

2 medium size potatoes

1 onion

1 garlic clove

1 carrot

3-4 small celery sticks

1 tsp salt


1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp curry (red or yellow)

Chili flakes (optional)

1.5 L water


1. Peel off all the veggies, cut them in cubes and add them in boiling water. Add the salt, the pepper, the curry and the paprika. Boil for 20 min or until tender.

2. Put the soup from the pot to the blender and mix until smooth.

3. Put the soup back to the pot, add the fish and boil for ten more minutes.

4. After boiling the cod for 10 min. add in the pot the coconut milk and the shrimps and boil for 5 more minutes.

Your soup is ready!
